Mosvold Hotels luxury Beach Villas

From the check in to the check out I was treated like a special guest and I would like to thank the entire team for that. I completely felt comfortable and safe at any time during my stay.

The covid measures were very well respected, I went through all the PCR tests and got the results on time with no struggle.

The food was incredible, the waiters were perfectly able to pass my requirements to the chef and the chef was incredibly talented. I rarely ate so well in Sri Lanka (I’m an expatriate myself), and I must say that I am looking forward to this covid situation to end, so I can come and dine here.

The waiters (specifically Madu and Arshad) have been spot on. What a team. They made everything they could to make me feel comfortable and they were absolutely so lovely, friendly and with a big heart. Both make a perfect team together. I also spoke to another guest about it (who felt in the exact same way)
The rooms were spot on too, I slept so comfortably, it always smelt lovely in my room, my sheets were changed at perfect timings and I never felt worried of having someone in my room. I was just so happy. The housekeeping person who looked after my room is also a lovely person and very efficient.
The garden and the cleanliness of the pool and of the staff was just incredible. Even the security was absolutely lovely.

I think it’s important to share when we are happy and I do it with lots of pleasure.

I was able to use the pool, restaurants, the beach... everything was available on the menu, the atmosphere was just perfect.

I highly recommend this villa and I wish them great success with these challenging times.

Resort has a quiet and clean beach. Swimming pool was well maintained.

We all were wined and dined well by Hassan and Issac who were always cheerful.

Will return to this place and resort soon with more family and friends.

This hotel only has a small number of rooms which helps... read more it create the perfect combination of a relaxed, intimate vibe with easy access to everything you could want - a perfect beach, surfing, bars and restaurants.

The rooms are incredibly spacious, clean and comfortable. You will sleep well here. You may get some noise from the road but it is minor and certainly didn't disturb my sleep or the chilled vibe. You will hear the waves of the ocean more than anything else. Being able to walk straight onto the beach from the hotel is a real positive.

What really sets Mosvold Villa apart is the hospitality of its staff who are all diligent and friendly. It makes the place feel like a home. Mr Dinesh works tirelessly to enhance the experience of all the guests. He made sure I had everything I needed and he was readily on hand to help arrange bookings, surfing lessons, transport and offer advice on places to visit and things to do.

Mr Dinshan served me during meal times and he was exceptional. He was polite and he was diligent in his service with a very keen eye for detail. Nothing was ever too much trouble and his focus was always on making guests feel at home and relaxed. He was always on hand to offer advice on which Sri Lankan dishes to try and he even arranged with the chef to make a special Sri Lankan meal on my last night which was delicious!

  I’ve spent more then two weeks at Kima Surf Camp in Ahangama in Mosvold Villa. I had such a good time there. The people were amazing and the food was... read more delicious.
We went surfing everytime the waves were fine. The beach is directly in front of the Hotel. My two surf Instructors were extremely professional and became really good friends. The explanations were always very clear and in a good understanding way. When we couldn‘t train in the sea because of the waves we had a poolsession. There was always good fun.
The Hotel is very pretty. It is a small Boutique Hotel with only a few rooms. The rooms were very nice and clean. Everybody was very friendly and polite.
I can highly recomend the Kima Surfcamp in Ahnagama in Mosvold Villa for everyone. I would go back immediately if I could.
