Mosvold Hotels luxury Beach Villas

  We have spent 2 short days at this beautiful boutique hotel in a bubble concept and it felt like we were in a private villa staying with friends. The deluxe... read more room was spacious, beautifully decorated, stunning bathroom and the most effective aircon we have ever experienced! The 4 poster bed was so comfortable we found it hard to get up! Really appreciated the eco friendly touches of no single use plastic, glass water bottles, big bottle bathroom toiletries, things wrapped in paper not plastic, metal straws etc - thank you guys for making the steps to reduce plastic waste! The whole hotel was spotlessly clean including the gorgeous pool that was great to swim lengths in. The seaviews are to die for and you can walk to a clean, safe sandy beach that is suitable for beginners surf. The food was out of this world and really varied, in some ways we didn't want to ever check out but thought we better before they would have to roll us through the door! The chef even made us a special dinner one evening of a banana leaf baked fish which was very much appreciated by us. Each and every member of staff was courteous and made us feel right at home. We went surfing everytime the waves were fine. The beach is directly in front of the Hotel. My two surf Instructors were extremely professional and became really good friends. The explanations were always very clear and in a good understanding way. When we couldn‘t train in the sea because of the waves we had a poolsession. There was always good fun.
The Hotel is very pretty. It is a small Boutique Hotel with only a few rooms. The rooms were very nice and clean. Everybody was very friendly and polite.
I can highly recomend the Kima Surfcamp in Ahnagama in Mosvold Villa for everyone. I would go back immediately if I could.

Excellent service from Hassan, Nipun and the rest of... read more the staff who were kind, attentive and friendly. Enjoyed the fresh seafood and unlimited cocktails in the evening. What was special was the excursion arranged by the hotel including a boat trip, a visit to a cinnamon plantation and a picnic on an island on the Madu river. Everything was beautifully arranged with attention to detail.
