We found lovely rock pools close by with small fish (just past the area with trees). The rooms/beds are very comfortable and was cleaned well. Special thanks to Hussan, Dilukshan and all the staff (including the gardener) who made sure we had an amazing and relaxing stay. We will definitely visit here again.

The rooms are very spacious, refined, clean and with all the amenities, with an incredible view over the beach. For our stay we have chosen half board and I can say that the Chef has always prepared the best food you will taste in Sri Lanka. For those who are surfers like us and want to enjoy the best spots, there is no better place. We appreciate all the care and attention given by Mr Dinesh, Shafraz and the entire team. We were the only guests on the property since we travelled during the weekdays and there were no foreign travelers due to the pandemic. However, the staff service was on point! Shafraz at the front desk greeted us very warmly and ensured that we were very comfortable. Dinner and Breakfast were amazing and well worth the pricing. The dinner being A’la carte and served to our room as requested and Breakfast was served at the hotel grounds.

The beach is right in front of the property and almost feels like a private beach. You can walk a 100 meters to the right of the property and surf, swim or body board. The swimming pool at the property and the private plunge pool were also made very good use of by us

Excellent service from Hassan, Nipun and the rest of... read more the staff who were kind, attentive and friendly. Enjoyed the fresh seafood and unlimited cocktails in the evening. What was special was the excursion arranged by the hotel including a boat trip, a visit to a cinnamon plantation and a picnic on an island on the Madu river. Everything was beautifully arranged with attention to detail.
